Consultation and Fees
Initial consultation
For your first consultation you will be asked to bring along full details of any medication you are currently taking along with a 5-day diet diary. Together with the Nutritional Therapist you will go through a comprehensive health and dietary questionnaire in order to provide a detailed profile of your medical history, current state of health and your long-term health goals. This will aid the therapist in identifying any underlying factors contributing to your health concerns and a full explanation will be given. This will then be followed by specific dietary recommendations along with any nutrition fact sheets to support you in achieving your goals. In some cases a supplement plan may be advised and occasionally diagnostic tests may be recommended.
Follow up consultation
These will be advised so that, progress can be assessed, motivation and support is ongoing and that programme adjustments can be made where necessary.
Fees
Initial consultation 1 hour – £50.00
Follow-up consultations 45 mins – £40.00
